SMOOTH, the project assisting small business being GDPR compliant and improving their data management, has opened registrations for its market pilot.
The process is optimised for the demands of enterprises which have to use their time most productively, and you can get results in a few clicks.

SMOOTH is the first tool being explicitly targeted to small businesses; the most exposed EU companies to fail GDPR adoption.
Throughout the registration, your small business can apply for our market pilot and test if it is compliant with the GDPR. It will take you only a few minutes, it is really manageable and will not need any legal or data protection knowledge. Moreover, you will become part of the SMOOTH community set at Fundingbox platform.
A mini-tutorial for your registration!
The testing consists in completing the Entry Questionnaire (EQ), which collects contextual information about your company. The EQ consists of ten blocks of questions that tackle different aspects of your company’s GPDR compliance, and at different points also requests to upload a series of files such as:

Informed consent forms (word or pdf native_>not scanned)

• Databases of personal data from customers, employees and suppliers (xlsx, csv, …)

Cookie policy (word or pdf native->not scanned)

Android Package File (.apk) in case you want to analyse a mobile application

Your website (URL)

Privacy policy (word o pdf native->not scanned)
Although not mandatory, the presence of these files will greatly improve the relevance and utility of the Compliance Report (CR) that you will receive at the end (This process can take from a few minutes up to several hours. Once ready, the CR will be automatically sent to the email chosen when login in) It provides a series of recommendations to improve your company’s compliance with the GDPR.
After that, we ask you to provide feedback through the Market Assessment Survey (MAS). You can save the results of the MAS by clicking “Load Unfinished Survey” button on top of the page
