Deliverables
SMOOTH D1.1 — Project Administrative toolset

It is a practical handbook with detailed instructions and templates for the edition of the different deliverables and compliance with the reporting obligations. It contains documentation and communication standards in order to enable good communication within the consortium, use of the management structure, procedures, tasks and responsibilities at all levels of the project execution, including the project identity.
SMOOTH D1.2 — Project quality plan

The purpose of this document is to act as a common reference for all project consortium members throughout the entire project duration to enable successful collaborative work and deliver high quality project results. The Project quality plan defines the acceptable level of quality and describes how the Project will ensure this level of quality in its deliverables and work processes
SMOOTH D2.1 — Requirements definition

Deliverable 2.1 sets the requirements for the SMOOTH Project, funded from the Horizon 2020 Programme (H2020-DS-08-2017) under Grant Agreement number 786741. SMOOTH aims to assist micro-enterprises to comply with key requirements of the GDPR by designing and implementing an easy-to-use and affordable cloudbased platform service.
SMOOTH D2.2 — First version of entry questionnaire and design of Interactive Handbook

This deliverable includes the initial design of the entry questionnaire defined in WP2 as well as the design of the Interactive GDPR Handbook for MEnts that will be delivered when the project ends.
SMOOTH D2.3 — Final version of entry questionnaire

This deliverable includes the final design of the entry questionnaire defined in WP2 to be used in SMOOTH platform. It is an update of the first version of the entry questionnaire described in D2.2 which was submitted in month 9.
SMOOTH D3.2 — Open annotated data

The present Deliverable constitutes the description of the annotation effort to obtain an open dataset of privacy policies, annotated with relevant GDPR elements. This version discusses pre-existing datasets and the outcome of the analysis of their relevance. It also details the ontology used for the annotation, the annotation strategy and the current status
SMOOTH D3.3 — Mono-lingual algorithms for analysing GDPR elements and document complexity

The current document describes the interim version of SMOOTEXT. This consists of a minimum viable product, covering limited version of all functionalities to be provided by SMOOTEXT: readability analysis, GDPR-extraction and multi-lingual support. We report the algorithms used, the architecture of SMOOTEXT, its relationships with remaining modules and empirical results on their accuracy.
SMOOTH D3.4 — Multi-lingual algorithms for analysing GDPR elements and document complexity

The current document describes the final version of SMOOTEXT. This consists of a minimum viable product, covering all functionalities to be provided by SMOOTEXT: readability analysis, GDPR-extraction and company extractions.

We report the algorithms used, the architecture of SMOOTEXT, its relationships with remaining modules and empirical results on their accuracy. This deliverable also describes the annotated dataset that is distributed on Zenodo. A specific deliverable (D3.5) handles extensions for the further languages. This deliverable might be updated in the remaining 3 months, subject to improvements informed by the pilots.

SMOOTH D3.5 — Report on how to extend the features to another language

This deliverable summarizes the multi-lingual aspects involved in SMOOTEXT, as well as steps necessary to extend it to other languages.
SMOOTH D4.1 — Design of methods for data ingestion, algorithms for personal data identification and privacy risks

The objective of this document is to describe the design of algorithms and software that will be used in SMOOTH platform to analyse the presence of personal data in MEnts’ repositories
SMOOTH D4.2 — Interim version of methods for data ingestion, algorithms for personal data identification and privacy risks, and performance evaluation

This document presents the status of the design and development of the solutions for the analysis of MENTs data repositories. The document, using the requirements presented in D2.1, analyses how the solutions envisioned by SMOODATA are able to solve the problems of the users.
SMOOTH D4.3 — Final version of methods for data ingestion, algorithms for personal data identification and privacy risks, and performance evaluation

This document presents the final design and development of the solutions for the analysis of MENTs data repositories. The document, using the requirements presented in D2.1, analyses how the solutions envisioned by SMOODATA are able to solve the problems of the users.
SMOOTH D5.1 — Design of website and mobile app analysis module

This deliverable includes the initial design of the software that will be used to analyse MEnts websites and mobile apps.
SMOOTH D5.2 — Interim version of website and mobile app analysis module

This deliverable proposes the interim release of SMONLINE which is developed within WP5. SMONLINE aims to automatically analyse websites and mobile apps owned by Micro-enterprises (MEnts) and produce meaningful outputs that allow verifying whether these elements are GDPR compliant, task performed by the compliance report module included in WP6.
SMOOTH D6.1 — SMOOTH cloud platform design

This deliverable proposes the interim release of SMONLINE which is developed within WP5. SMONLINE aims to automatically analyse websites and mobile apps owned by Micro-enterprises (MEnts) and produce meaningful outputs that allow verifying whether these elements are GDPR compliant, task performed by the compliance report module included in WP6.
SMOOTH D6.2 — Interim version of SMOOTH cloud platform

This deliverable describes the preliminary version of the SMOOTH platform. The initial design has been updated during the implementation of the project and more mature versions will be reported in the following related deliverable D6.3.
SMOOTH D6.3 — Final version of SMOOTH cloud platform

SMOOTH D7.1 — Definition of SMOOTH validation process and MEnts recruitment strategy and results

This document presents the initial plan for the validation of user’s experience with SMOOTH’ S interface, as well as for the recruitments strategy and its results so far. This work involved deriving the relevant usability metrics, planning of the testing strategy, a first draft of the questionnaire for unsupervised testing and the description of the recruitment strategy and results
SMOOTH D7.2 — Report of first evaluation of SMOOTH platform

This document presents the description of the pilot and results of the evaluation of the first version of SMOOTH platform, the results of the recruitment strategy up to this point and how the platform plans to incorporate the feedback to its interim release at month 25.
SMOOTH D8.1 — Smooth_website

This document describes the different aspects related to the design, development and launch of the SMOOTH website as part of the overall dissemination tasks included in WP8, task 1. This report is intended to accompany the actual D8.1, which is the SMOOTH project website to put online in July, 2018
SMOOTH D8.2 — Report on standardization landscape and applicable standards

The purpose of this document is to provide information on the standardization landscape and applicable standards relevant for the SMOOTH Project. It pretends to provide starting information for the work packages ensuring compatibility and interoperability with already existing solutions by identifying existing standards and standards under development at European and international levels in the fields SMOOTH Project scope.
SMOOTH D8.3 — First year dissemination, communication, exploitation and standarization report

SMOOTH Project’s main objective is to assist micro enterprises in adopting and complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by designing and implementing easy-to-use and affordable tools. The SMOOTH platform will not only help companies assess their level of compliance with the GDPR but also raise awareness on companies’ obligations.
SMOOTH D8.4 — Second year dissemination, communication, exploitation and standarization report

SMOOTH Project’s main objective is to assist micro enterprises in adopting and complying with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by designing and implementing easy-to-use and affordable tools. The SMOOTH platform will not only help companies assess their level of compliance with the GDPR but also raise awareness on companies’ obligations.
SMOOTH D9.1 — Data Management plan

This deliverable describes the data management life cycle for the data to be collected, processed and generated during the SMOOTH project. The purpose is to establish how the data will be created, stored and backed-up, who owns it and who is responsible for the different data and which data will be preserved and shared according to the participation of the project in the Open Research Data Pilot.
SMOOTH — D9.2 SMOOTH ELSA first year report

The present Deliverable constitutes the first yearly report of the actions related to ethical, legal and social aspects carried out during the first year of the project. The first part of the Deliverable zooms in on the actions taken in regard of personal data handling and management. The second part addresses the requirements under Responsible Research and Innovation and will list all compliance efforts taken by the consortium. Finally, the societal impact of the SMOOTH project will be assessed. This Deliverable also includes the final version of the Ethical Requirements for Human Participation in research and the Protection of Personal Data (POPD).
