It is a practical handbook with detailed instructions and templates for the edition of the different deliverables and compliance with the reporting obligations. It contains documentation and communication standards in order to enable good communication within the consortium, use of the management structure, procedures, tasks and responsibilities at all levels of the project execution, including the project identity.

The purpose of this document is to act as a common reference for all project consortium members throughout the entire project duration to enable successful collaborative work and deliver high quality project results. The Project quality plan defines the acceptable level of quality and describes how the Project will ensure this level of quality in its deliverables and work processes

Deliverable 2.1 sets the requirements for the SMOOTH Project, funded from the Horizon 2020 Programme (H2020-DS-08-2017) under Grant Agreement number 786741. SMOOTH aims to assist micro-enterprises to comply with key requirements of the GDPR by designing and implementing an easy-to-use and affordable cloudbased platform service.

This deliverable includes the initial design of the entry questionnaire defined in WP2 as well as the design of the Interactive GDPR Handbook for MEnts that will be delivered when the project ends.

This deliverable includes the final design of the entry questionnaire defined in WP2 to be used in SMOOTH platform. It is an update of the first version of the entry questionnaire described in D2.2 which was submitted in month 9.

Deliverable 2.4 (D2.4) is the final deliverable under work package 2. As described in the project proposal, D2.4 consists of two distinct parts:

1) a report of the assessment of whether the requirements defined at the beginning of the project (in D2.1), are successfully covered by the SMOOTH Platform;

The present Deliverable constitutes the description of the annotation effort to obtain an open dataset of privacy policies, annotated with relevant GDPR elements. This version discusses pre-existing datasets and the outcome of the analysis of their relevance. It also details the ontology used for the annotation, the annotation strategy and the current status

The current document describes the interim version of SMOOTEXT. This consists of a minimum viable product, covering limited version of all functionalities to be provided by SMOOTEXT: readability analysis, GDPR-extraction and multi-lingual support. We report the algorithms used, the architecture of SMOOTEXT, its relationships with remaining modules and empirical results on their accuracy.
